While the standout architectural features of the curvaceous building by @robertlaszlosilke clearly influenced the design, DOKTER AND MISSES  overarching goals were to fuse comfort and efficiency in space. They  wanted the sofa to hold its own, to be independent of frills or props — scatter cushions need not apply.

While the Tropicana armchair’s shape channels Art Deco scallops and curves, the design’s overarching goals are to fuse comfort and efficiency in space.

Available as an armchair or L-shaped sofa and in three different colourways – whichever configuration best fits a space it’s a nest with versatile shapes that will enrich lives in the form of lazy loungings, long chats, big laughs and warm smiles or even tears, for years to come.
