Pricing on the Website

All Wunders products are made to order. As such, a client’s product specifications determine the final prices of the products ordered. Wunders has provided a ‘From’ price on our website in lieu of this as a starting point for assessing cost for our respective designs. Kindly note that these prices are estimates, exclusive of Vat, freight, and are calculated using the minimum fabric requirements of an entry-level-priced plain fabric.

Design Customisation

Customisation to products outside the standard specifications for certain designs can be discussed with your sales consultant. All requests for modifications must be submitted in writing and are subject to Wunders approval. Additional lead time and surcharge will apply.

Payment

Your Wunders quote / invoice will display the relevant banking details that can be used to make EFT payments. Please discuss the possibility of alternate payment methods with your Wunders sales consultants if required.

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation will be forwarded to you in acknowledgement of your order. This document supersedes all prior correspondence in relation to your order (verbal, written, graphic or otherwise). We will proceed with your order, as per your order confirmation, unless we receive written notification of any requested changes within 24 hours of receipt of your order’s deposit payment.

Lead Times

Once your order has been received and submitted to the factory, your sales consultant will advise on an estimated manufacturing timeline by email. Please contact your sales consultant for current lead times as these vary during the course of the year depending on demand.

Changing Your Order

Every Wunders product is handcrafted to the size and finishes specified by our clients. Whether an order can be changed after submission to the Wunders factory depends on how far it has progressed in production. Once your order has been confirmed, any request for changes must be sent as soon as possible and in writing for Wunders to review. Should Wunders agree to facilitate the requested changes, then they could be subject to additional lead time and surcharges.

Cancelling Your Order

Once your order has been confirmed, any cancellation request must be sent as soon as possible and in writing for Wunders to review. Due to the fact that each order is handcrafted to your specific size, fabric and finish choices, cancellation will incur charges, which vary depending on how far the order has progressed in production.

Furniture Delivery

The Wunders factory is located in Cape Town. As such, we provide delivery of orders in Cape Town and surrounds. Wunders works closely with a selection of trusted third-party freight partners for orders requiring delivery across South Africa and beyond. Your sales consultant will advise on the most suitable option and quote you accordingly prior to finalising your order.

Showroom and Factory Stock Terms & Conditions

Wunders does not offer refunds or exchanges of showroom or factory sale stock. It is important to note that showroom and factory stock cannot be expected to be in perfect condition, as per our newly made-to-order products. Showroom and factory stock may display markings, wear-and-tear or natural blemishes – a discretionary saving is applied to all pieces in order to compensate for this. Showroom and factory stock are covered by our standard structural warranty, however the fabric and leather warranty is not applicable to these items.
