For @rockefellerhotel by @newmarkhotels, we created bespoke sofas for each of the rooms, designed with soft curves to make the most of smaller corners.
Set in Cape Town’s Foreshore, the hotel brings together city energy, design and a sense of escape. Each room needed pieces that could work hard within the space, while still feeling considered and generous.
This project also became the starting point for our Rockefeller Stool. Originally created in emerald green velvet for extra seating in the rooms, its shape and scale is designed with compact spaces in mind. It continues its story through our latest collaboration with @thejoinerysa and their Futurefelt®️.
